Catalog Executive

Job Description:

  1. Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams
  2. Act as a part of a team working on day-to-day requirements in updating data and prices.
  3. Be creative, write and update product content and price whenever required
  4. Participate in planning further strategies to upgrade business
  5. Getting individual as well as team feedback that focuses on improving customer satisfaction
  6. Knowledge of using Excel and CSV format data
  7. Coordinate with Architects and Estimation Engineers to add/reduce brands/products/categories
  8. Coordinate with the category team

Skills Required:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Malayalam, English)
  2. Experience in data entry
  3. Quick learner and efficient in using search engines
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and conclude data
  5. High comprehension of using software like Microsoft word/Excel and Google Docs/Sheets
  6. Basic knowledge of image editing tools like photoshop is a plus
  7. Strong time management skills
  8. Ability to work on multiple phases (multi-tasking)
